I'm thinking thinner oil, as noise completly goes after 2 mins? What you recommend 10/40?

Thanks!

"pop" them out it isn't a 5 second task.
They shouldn't be dirty either, they make noise because they are worn, nothing else.
What oil is in the car 10w50?

An oil change in general sorted mines.

Oil was old and thick and got really thin after it had warmed up.Lost its viscosity.

Fresh oil and filter and it was sorted.

They can get dirty. and as for popping them out its hardly rocket science?

if you just want to replace oil just put some fresh 10/40 Gm in and see if it quiets them down.
