Create a new folder, and rename it as...

GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

Gives you all possible settings of Windows 7 to muck around with at your fingertips

(or you can just open control panel and search for s)

You can name the folder whatever you want iirc. The GodMode bit is just something that's caught on.
