Hi people,
Anyway i have just sold my DTUK crd2 chip of my astra due to selling it, hes now fitted to his vectra 1.9 cdti 150 and they do fit to them to

It works a treat on my car, so anyway i sold it to a guy on ebay , and hes now saying it doesnt work, and hes ''BEEN '' to his local garage, and they said it doesnt work either

The msg he has sent me says the lights arnt lighting up, but on the crd2 box like the one is question , one led lights up when reved over 2500rpm, which it says in the instructions i give him

Hes now put a paypal claim agaist me saying it doesnt work, but i know it does for a fact as 3days before it was posted it was on my car, it was posted in bubble wrap so cant of been damaged in transport ,

What do i do ?

get him to send it back, then you can see if it's been damaged.

just need to find the money as paypal will just take it out your bank or reverse the card payment.

Make sure he sends it back and just relist it

as stated before, Ask the Prat to send it back to you, so you can check the item before sending his payment back.

Definately this. These people shouldn't be driving 200bhp cars full stop.

I only know because I've done it I worked out what was wrong as soon as it didn't start though.

Paypal don't get involved with "not as described" cases. tell him to send it back if he thinks it doesn't work, but if he closes the dispute (escalates it to a claim) he won't get any money because it's a not as described rather than a not recevied claim...
