Agreed a sale on our 2 bed semi!

We advertised for £142k and accepted £141k

took about a month to sell, had about 5 viewings in total.

We bought the house last June and spent about 8months of weekends and evenings doing it up.
Purchased for £110k and spent about £6-7k on it so got a very good return on it considering the housing market's ups and (mostly) downs recently.

We viewed a 3 bed detached property a few months ago, was up for £200k, then reduced to £185k, we have had our offer of £175k accepted!

Pics to follow, hopefully moving before xmas (we are 4 weeks into legal proceedings at the min)

Thanks guys, needs a good overhaul. Similar to what we did with out current house.

Thinking of extending over the garage to make it 4 bed with en-suite, would also make the kitchen bigger.

Also fancy wet underfloor heating, maybe just the downstairs. not sure yet.

Waterslide is a nice idea, doubt i could convince the mrs on it though!

Good work turning a profit in current climate, new house looks nice, and plans sound sensible.

Nice part of the world too, was down near ludlow last weekend for weekend away, bit cold mind!
