Yes but it says 1 boy not 1 right handed boy. So if the boy wearing glasses is left handed then no right handed boys would be wearing glasses...

The answer to that question is five.
Obviously, the 10 boys wearing glasses could be comprised of entirely right-handed boys but the question asks for the lowest number, ie. use the left ones up to find the lowest number of right.
If you don't use all the left up you are left with zero right, hence the answer is the number of glasses-wearing boys minus the number of left handed boys.
