Lift the lever up on the gearstick and push it far left and up into the helpzone direction

can get every other gear but no reverse

Get under the car get someone in the car to hold the stick in the N position and adjust the linkage accordingly

As i said:

1 put the car in N
2 undo the nut
3 get someone to hold the stick in the N position or maybe a tad towards the drivers seat
4 tighten the nut
5 Simples

You just had it fitted or just bought the car? Needs adjusted so you can get all the gears, if it was done by a garage I would go back

you sure its not needing held closer to the passengers seat as it sounds like it may not be getting far enough over to get in reverse.

Id say drivers seat, but its simple enough to ajdust so what i would do is communicate with the other person and adjust it untill he/she can get all gears lol.
