I have a uni deadline tomorrow at 12 noon. I had to send a draft to my tutor on Friday before she left for a field trip with a group to Toronto. She said she would email us back the feedback by 12noon today. At 1:30pm we got an email saying she was just about to set off for a days activities and so would do it late that evening, then she finished with (we are 5 hours behind).
So now I am sitting around refreshing my inbox for her feedback to come so I can do something about it a few hours before hand in.
Does this sound a little unreasonable to anyone else?

Yes, quite unreasonable that you have a deadline tomorrow and you were only up to a draft on Friday.
Even more so that you expect her to work at the weekend because you didn't submit the draft sooner.
Am I coming from a different angle here

Ok haha, I say draft it was a final version for her feedback and this was her suggested schedule that we were working with

I would never set myself up like that.
Promise of working at the weekend with a deadline hanging on it, bad planning.

I've done everything I can at my end now, its ready to go, but seeing that she's marking it, if I don't action any feedback she does provide it doesn't look great.

I don't think you can be expected to wait until 3am for it.

I work nights, I'm really tired and really want to go to sleep but I know I'll struggle tomorrow night if I do. However I am bored to fuck of COD for the night and have nothing else to do. Can't even watch a film as will be too loud and wake the gf up.

I've stuck Forza on now. I'm not actually at work Matt thankfully, just getting myself back into the routine. Just harder tonight than normal as I had a lack of sleep last night thanks to alcohol

Yeah I'm the same Except my lack of sleep is due to getting up at 6 to work an 8 hour shift today, then do nightshift Tomorrow
Edit: Quite confusing, but I worked 8 hours on Sunday, nightshift Monday

Changing shifts sucks. Fortunately I'm permanent nights so my only changes to days after for courses or medicals which aren't often!
