im looking at buying a powerbox for my 1.4 this week, what i need to know is :

how do you fit it?
do i need anything else except the powerbox and nuts to fit?
do i need to remove and change anything else?
how much BHP will it add roughly?

pretty easy
you'll need a modified intake pipe from airbox to tb
you need a new inlet gasket

roughly 10bhp

Think mine also came with a cav diesel throttle body, didnt fit it myself though.

Mine was rolling roaded at 103 bhp with air filter, crappy backbox and powerbox.

i used a 1.2 8v intake pipe its a bit of a stretch but it works and looks neat, then i moved the air temp sensor and fitted it to the lid of the air box, my 1.4 was rolling roaded at 122bhp with inlet, exhaust manifold, janspeed exhaust, lightened flywheel and modded air box, it was a great car to drive
