bought a brand new set of fk ak coilovers for a hundred notes off a freind they have helper springs in whats everyones view on these are they needed? do people run them without?

Why remove them? Go low enough with them fitted

Apparently with the fks if you remove the helper you dont need spacer as it helps clear the wheel, the spring is jus there to support whilst the car is jacked hence the name helper.
