Corsa VXR Turbo and exhaust manifold. Bolts stright onto a X14XE/X16XE/C16XE, Poss others too (smallblock 1.8?).

Good condition as you would expect, Not that old obviously. No idea on miles sorry. Perfectly normal amount of play in it due to not having oil.

Its a long list, All the normal turbo on a NA engine stuff.

It depends how you want to do it.

Adjustable FPR
FMIC (I have a R5 one for sale, Ideal for it)
Ideally a powerbox
Remote Oil filter Kit
Custom Downpipe
Oil feed T piece
Oil feed pipe
Oil return Pipe and boss into the sump
Ideally ARP's
Gauges (Boost/oil pressure/oil temp is a good idea)
Boost pipes.

That setup could run about 5psi boost, on the standard compression. You could lower the compression and run 10psi maybe. But the more you lower the compression, The more boost you need to make the same power.

Lowering the compression can be done a few ways.
