What do you do on your cardio days?

Today i done

20 mins jog - 6.5mph speed
2000m row in 8 minutes - Level 10
20 mins stepper then a cool down on the cross trainer...

I've been thinking about of going for a short jog 20-30 mins in the morning too.

Mange to do all of 18 mins on 4.5, incline 10%

Carried on with the jog though a did another 20 on 6.5

Ever thought about combining weights and Cardio doing curcuits? I'm trying to motivate myself to get back down to the gym atm

3000 or 5000 metres rowing as a warm up everytime I go to the gym

Hold the record at my gym for the 500 metres too 1.22 not far off a world record

whats rowing like for cardio? is it good for your arms/legs?

Its good for fat burning. Seen some thing in MH of which exercises burns what, it was about 12kcal per min compared to running at 19 and everything else except for stepper was in single figures. I find it works the forearms a fair bit too! I was on about 800-900 kcal an hour after I done my 8.20ish stint and burnt 140 kcal's
