just tried this on my nanas car with hair dryer and the new VOC 2010 brake cleaner! took two attempts but works a treat on a dent just smaller than my fist. Its a 2006 meriva to will upload pictures when im home if i cba

no because the tins precompressed its absolutley freezing when it comes out, this method works by heating up the panel and cooling it really quickly i dont think compressed air from a compressor is cold enough

you could probably use most things in an aerosol but just becareful because something could react with your paint work. you can get cans of compressed air for 2 pound off google shopping

Jambo i found it was best heating it for a minute rather than 30 secs the cooling had a better effect as the dent pinged out rather than slowly rised
