Yep. Taking the old man for a day out. Shall be primarily doing the Autosport side as he's into the grass-roots motorsports - F1, F2 stockcars. I want to talk to a few companies for few bits for an ongoing project , but shall be venturing in to say hi to a few people and nose around the exotica.

used to go to this show and loved it but it gets more and more expensive every year for the same thing ... allso parking at the nec is £8 plus

What day are you going? Adrian is going on the sunday I think.

I'm supposed to be getting a ticket off butler but he hasn't said what day - hopefully gonna go grab some bargains

I will be going have been for last 4 years, its a good day out but its expensive! I find to good to gain face to face contact with companies when building cars or get discount on part etc! I did this with damper tech + other companies when building monty!!

They are modded car shows though This is a completely different type of show. (autosport bit)

Autosport is a show for true motorsport enthusiasts, so its a refined audience. I personally love it. Apparently were having a stand there in conjuction with the Silverstone classic, god knows whats going on it though.

Just saying its 2 different types of shows, not like comparing Trax to USC.
