I could understand a 1.6 badge as they actually make a 1.6 Golf, but 1.2?

Splitter looks like its been hot then buckled, is it a leon one or something? Whats it like build wise compaired to the vxr?

Aye its the LCR splitter. The middle spars need trimmed down and this will be done once the better weather comes in.

Build wise it's a lot chunkier than the Astra. There's not as much road noise in the golf compared to the Astra but thats down to the 19's I had on the Vxr. The Astra isn't that bad but mine was just a money pit.

still think all those black bits would look justified with black standard wheels mate , looks fab though, colour is gorgeous

I like that Eck.

BUT,i agree with antnee,lose the splitter.Its been played out too much on the VAG scene and imo only suits the Fabia VRS.

get rid of all badges including boot handle,
get a debadged grill and flush the lights off the tailgate.
i have always wanted a mk5 golf just to flush the lights off the tailgate
