Told a customer that they are not coverd by courier insurance to send a microwave as its glass etc.
Customer happy, Buys the shizzle anyway.
Goods arrived smashed to bits. Customer bangs in claim!

I was the middle man arranging the courier for the 2 partys.
I have advised no claimo on the courier insurance and no she has banged in a claim via paypal to recope her cost of the courier!
loafofbrett - 1 in 50 have issues so its not toooo bad...

I've had something with a tracking number delivered with a signature before now, however they claimed not to recieve it and eBay went in the buyers name. Pmsl. I don't sell much on there anymore, its a bit of a joke.

I used to work for an Internet based company, sending ALL their sales to customers via couriers... EVERY investigation - without exception - found in favour of the customer...
My boss was so hacked off, he did the same, but with a laptop; told them he never received it and a few (virtually meaningless) bits of paperwork later - boom, free Lappy!
Which admittedly, is a complete joke of a system...
Once, we even had photographic evidence of collection and it was still rejected... You need less to send people to jail for murder!
