Desire HD I guess, not much else worth upgrading too. You don't have to upgrade just yet. Can you not leave it till the contract has nearly finished and see if there is anything more worthwhile then ?

Keep the Desire and get yourself on a cheaper 30day contract until a phone comes out that you want.
