his sounded awesome, loads of action with Hicks and marines v aliens.

I'd love to know who reads movie scripts etc and gives the go ahead, sometimes they make terrible decisions

I just want them to make the Alien scary again, the monster from the original would rip a Predator's head off and shit down it's neck. How they went from the powerful, muscular carved out of ebony look from Alien to the skittery, brittle insectoid types in Aliens is beyond me.

I want that Alien back, the mysterious, terrifying uber-predator with some sort of unsettling sexual undercurrent.

They almost got it with Alien 3 but it wasn't quite the same.

And if we're doing Aliens quotes, "Smoking or non-smoking?"
