when startin all you can smell is petrol burning and the car has alot of trouble startin i herd it could me air flow meter nakerd or lamba sensor?

When you say starting, do you mean from cold or hot? Once running, does it cut out at all, or try to? There are numerous sensors that could cause overfuelling I'm afraid.
Is your conversion wired up to the EML? If so, is it on, and what codes are you getting?

weve established that the 2 ports are cold on the 4-2-1 number 1 and 2 the spark plugs were soaked with petrol wen we took them out it started after that...could it be a problem with the dizzy?or leads?or spark plugs? a few things it could be

and from cold it rarely starts atm when its warm its ok sum times

check the CTS is plugged in and working

If one and two aren't firing at all but the plugs are soaked in petrol, then it would make sense to be a problem with the ignition side of things.
Can you swap round the plugs, the leads, and maybe even try a known working coil from a mates car?
Alsocheck that all the sensors are plugged in properly, as has been suggested above.

Coolant temperature sensor - obviously the one for the ECU though, not the one for the clocks.
