Ive just replaced the lifters on my c20xe and its really rattly but i havent run it upto running temperature though will this fade or will carry on doing it?

Did you check the distances under the cam with a feeler gauge?

why would you check for clearances between bucket and cam when there hydraulic and dont have a clearance?

take the car for a good run, get it hot and oil pressure up should sort it out. if not driven with them yet then they will be noisey. take it there new?

yes brand new and i got them off ebay looked exactly like the old ones but fresher.

Hold the revs at 3000rpm for a few minutes see if the bleed properly.

if there not ina lifters and trechii then prob fucked anyway lol. cheap lifters are still hit and miss
