I just go through the Add files to library option off the File menu (I think), my MP3s are on my server so I just tell it where they are and it finds them.

In the itunes program folder there is a folder full of random named files. Can remember the exact location as I dont use itunes any more. But as Russ said, you just need to copy & paste onto a USB etc and then put it on other pc and import.

Just delete everything in iTunes, it will ask you if you would like to delete the file from your computer or just your library. Just delete it from your library, then add your music folder again.
