My mate's just sold his for £1500... interior is awful, looks are abit dated, rattles, and fuel economy isn't great... in terms of performance they would probs keep with an XE till about 80 then the XE would pull away... I'm not sure tuning wise what can be had out of them..

I'd just like to emphasise that the interior is gash, like extremely!

good cars, if you want a modern car get a Glanza not a GT

ive had a Glanza at 160bhp and two of my mates had them.

one ran a TD05 @ 230bhp

the other ran a GT28RS @ 340bhp

fun cars, reliable

there 133bhp standard and are good to about 200 on standard internals.

To do with when they are imported etc, Ive heard of skyline GTRs being GTSTs on log books and Impreza STIs etc being down as GLs and sports etc.

Brilliant cars. A mate of mine has one. £500 and you have 200bhp. His has Tein shocks and springs and it's one of the most fun to drive cars i have had a go of. Well worth there price tag imo.

Can't be bad for £500, although they were way more than that a few years ago when I looked?

Think I'm mixing it up with the Glanza. They are different right?

a bus has better upholstery than a starlet. way i see it is youre the one driving the car so you want it to be nice inside. its typical 80s jap design inside
