the actual dash board itself?
ive seen corsa with the onboard computer and trip compter fitted from the gsi/sport models, in face mtech used to sell a kit through lmf vauxhall but never seen the full dash put in anything

Yes you could fit the entire dashboard but it might need shortened and modified to fit properly and then of course splice the looms together so that everything on the dash works.
I fitted a Vectra B dashboard and entire engine and car loom into my Corsa B but there was a fair bit of work involved such as shortening the dash by about 6 inches and connecting back together, reprofiling the front bit to match up to the window, making new mounts and modifying the trim that meets it at the top and bottom so that it looks like it should be there. The centre console then needed attaching to the lower part of the Vectra dash and the whole thing retrimmed to hide any joins. Also I had to make a smaller gear gaiter because the hole for the gearstick is smaller. There is a smaller gap between the top of the dash and the steering wheel because it is deeper than a Corsa one. The steering column cowling also needed remade and the corsa air distribution system attached to the Vectra air vents and demister.
Its just going to come down to how much you want it to fit but it can definately be done
