Yes. Sent several things off the other day to various parts of the world. Tracking is expensive outside of the UK though.

Think I paid £8 for something that weighed 400grams to Germany yesterday. (But only £6 to Brazil? Fuck knows how their system works!)

I posted an aftermarket engine ECU to the states fully insured/tracked/signed for for the grand total of £14 from the post office. It was insured for upto £450 too

I know on eBay (and I think on PayPal as well) there's a field where you can enter a tracking number - I am working on the assumption that you have sold something to someone in Germany.
