Just swap engines over same loom just change ecu transponder and chip in the key!

if im using the existing x14xe loom and ignition barrel n immobiliser would istillneed the x16xe ecu n loom in mine ?

Your still need the X16 ecu else it wont run right at all.

you can run an x16 engine with an x14 ecu but it will be running lean
