Yep, same here! I get seriously pissed off with programmes like this. It's not speed that kills, it's inappropriate speed that does.

For example, Gethin just spoke about a 'stolen car being driven at a speed of 102 mph through a 30 limit, in the rain'. Does he really believe it's speed that kills? Does he not think that the other things contribute too?

Like I say, it's inappropriate speed. 90 mph on a dry, clear motorway is fine. 70 mph on a foggy, icy motorway is not. Just use speed wisely and you'll be fine!

Exactly mate.. its all about when and where, and the conditions..

Making out that driving at 80mph on a clear, dry, empty motorway is a major crime just makes me so mad.

I always try to avoid Police, Camera, Action now, it's by far the most up itself, ignorant programme of it's type that just seems to make out speed and modified cars are the cause of everything bad in the world

Much prefer Road Wars where the narrator just calls everyone a muppet or a doughnut

Very annoying program. Making out speed is the issue when they're in a stolen car. Speed is safe in the right places, I don't care what anybody says, it's just all those incidents people were speeding in the wrong place.

Feel sorry for that girl though, that must be something hard to live with, although I don't think the guy did actually feel bad about it. It's probably a different thing when it's your own kid, but I wouldn't want my kid having that life so they were brave to keep the life machine running knowing how much things would change.
