Depends when in september, if you're going beggining then you will catch some closing parties, if you going in the 2nd half most place will have closed.

(also depending on what you want to do whilst away of course)

Barca was good, fairly expensive though. Most places a bottle of beer is 5euro, won't really find a meal for less than 10euro, portions aren't amazing. Barca itself is amazing, would love to go back again with more money available

Very rare to find somewhere properly cheap these days that's decent. Even Prague isn't as cheap as is made out.

Turkey is probably the 'cheapest' holiday I've been on.
