ive fitted mechanical gsi clocks into my 12 volt with an x16xe engine in but i cant get the temperature gauge to work. any help would be great thanks

just behind the thermostat there's a little round plug, check that the black plug is connected to it, the wire should come off the loom for cts

is it deffinately getting hot enough for the gauge to display a temp
