Ive currently got a 16 sport 1999 corsa. im using it for work at the minute till july till i get my insurance renewal then buying a big jeep

Any way im slowly converting it into a rally-autocross type car but nothing major to the interior till i get my new vehicle.

what sort of performance gains do u guys think this will give me , this is what i am in the process of doing ,
1. Ive bought a gsi head and im getting that fully rebuilt and ported and polished , its getting skimmed and all new gasgits ect.
2. 4-2-1 exhaust manifold
3. decat
4. sportex catback system
5. vx inlet manifold
6. induction kit

Then im gonna fit a x14xe flywheel and clutch. to have the effect of a lightened flywheel
i have a chipped ecu but not sure about fitting it.
Car will be getting fully stripped and getting plastic windows and bonnet

what sort of bhp figures do u think this will fetch ??

i looked into cams, and was told u couldnt put big cams in without pocketing the pistons..

mark tut tut, i was just mentioning the bonnet and stuff just to say some of me plans ..... u sarcastic little fucker

sorry mate, didn't mean it in a bad way. as steve said though i'd be looking at around 130bhp considering the head work is done well and the bottom end is healthy

i would be hoping for more than that like.... so these figures of the power boxes of 12bhp are total shit then lol

not really tbh, the rest of the mods not including the powerbox may add about 5bhp if your lucky

tuning n/a engines on a low budget doesnt really happen

you want power you need to be looking at individual throttle bodies, or forced induction, at least cams though
