whole asda store will shut at 4pm on a sunday so that won't be open.

Should just quit without them tbh, as your still feeding your nicotine addiction whilst on patches, I quit on the 4th of may last year with none of this nicorette stuff

I got some in a tesco down the road. I think I'd go nuts at work without anything. I'm on the weakest strength bow anyway

this annoys me when people say this. some people just dont find it so easy and simply arent able to quit without help

I didn't find it easy & i really struggled to quit with no help, but it is the better option to do it with pure will power imo.
