i am just thinking now, I am not sure it it's the x14xe his astra has.

Is there anything in the logbook that says the engine code?

Both the same, Should work fine providing it is that type it has, Pop the engine cover and check first.

think c14xe had different coil pack and leads rather than a direct to plugs

fair play so did they do 2 x14xe types then as i have one here with a coil pack and leads rather than direct to plugs

I can only think the x14xe has HT leads and a newer z14xe would have a direct to plugs coilpack.

its not a corsa b the one he has is an astra with direct to plugs mines a tigra with leads, just wondering there must stil be 2 types of x14xe??

as in an astra its direct to plug and corsa is leads
