Does the bulk head have to be cut if I use a powercap on a corsa, and, Can someone explain the equal length shafts as I don't really understand it? Can they be used on a corsa conversion?

yes you will need to cut the bulkhead if use the powercap, if you use a ecotec style pipe and adaptor you dont, from what ive seen the shafts work with some corsa's and others dont and need tobe modded to work.

sometimes you can get away with bending the bulkhead back and rerouting the brake pipes that sit behind it, as said about the equal lenth shafts seem to fit some but need adjusted slightly to suit others, on mines the circlip groove for the cv joint needed moved in 7mm
