You can buy a few different sets, some from fk automotive , plazma dials, and led autostyle ones all pretty easy to do within a couple of hours

There are a couple of people on here with them, they're cool as fuck. Look a bit weird in the daylight though.

Heres mine. in a saxo but you get the idea. round 45mins to fit and all wired up. change colour/brightness.
