ermm ok i suppose, i'd imagine it was working towards the drop near the end.
but as you said its only a sample, cant tell if has a one or not...

Generally the whole production is a mess; the dub bass just smears across everything else. the swing/timing of the beat could do with being relaxed a little, at the moment it sounds far too Fruityloops special.

However, 'blip nostalgia' has potential (that clap stands out like a sore thumb), but it'd be better as a house track rather than dubstep.
