From a strictly impartial point of view, and having been given this web address to delete the thread as its now a complete waste of space, if everyone adopted that attitude to me, I'd keep the money as well. Be nice at some point, it might be profitable.

I lent her 2 CD's @ a combined RRP of about £30. Her car got stolen as did my CD's.
She makes an insurance claim, gets her money, re does a new corsa & I still haven't seen my money.
I shouldn't have to be nice to get back what is rightfully mine

Insurance still havent payed out!! and good point Ian and thankyou. interest added on daily wouldnt add up to 32 GRAND tho would it

Ian, I do not control what Ollie says, you, Caz & Jimmy need to understand that.
Not once on this thread have I been out of order, said anything nasty etc.
While I have my problems with her, i'm past making it public.
If Ollie has a problem with her & is public about it I can't help that, nor can I influence what he says/ does.
Its between two people Caz & myself, no one else should have an influence on whether she decides to pay me back what is rightfully mine.
