i did wake up in the middle of the night, dont remember feeling the quake but i never normally wake up at all once im asleep so it could have happened

maybe it was the bin-men making a racket kncoking over wheelie bins on a spirited drive down the street.

made the OAPs feel like they were quaking. who then in turn reported it to the RSPCA and they routed the call onto the police who then made up this story.
