I went to my car yesterday to change my disks n pads and when id done this i took it round the street, when i was drving it it felt under powered when i put my foot down in 2nd gear and sounds really loud like a scooby. when i got bck i noticed a leak coming from the pipe which connects to the radiator, i realy havent got a clue what this could be, ive spent a fortune on the car just lately and hope it isnt goin cost alot to put right.
Hope somebody can help!

Sounds like head gasket to me. Or a injector not firing right

How expensive could that be if it were an injector? ive checked the oil cap and there seems to be no cream there or anything?

Aye sounds like it's firing on 3 by the description of the sound. Could be anything from plugs, leads, injectors, head gasket or anything.
Could be that the water's causing a short on the leads and causing one of them to fuck up, would need to see the car and do tests to tell for certain though.

well ive got some new plugs ready to put into it as soon as it stops raining lol. hope its not going to be an expensive fix 2bh cuz ive got my test again in 2 weeks lol

my old 1.2 16v sometimes fired on 3, but then sometimes the 4th kicked in to the top end of the revs.
see if plugs make a differance pal

im goin put the plugs in within the next 2 days but then why would there be water coming out of the rad pipe? as it could be running of 3 could that be the reason for it sounding so rough?
