Blocked sinuses. What can I get hold of to sort it out a bit quicker? Feel like shit but not ill at the same time and it's doing my head in

tesco do some stick scent things you shove into your nostril and beathe in.

they work but it's very strong.

i have blocked sinuses all the time, usually end up blowing bogeys everywhere in the shower.

Best thing for a quick fix is sudafed spray by a mile.

But its fucked my nose up after use.

I highly reccommend a netti pot or similar

Indeed my sinuses are literally always blocked, the only thing that clears them out (for a short time at least) is Sudafed.
