Had a sore wrist for a few days now. Cant lift with it and movement is very limited. I can feel it grind when i move it, there is a hard lump and i can feel a pinching sensation.

Im pretty certain its a sprain but its possibly fractured. What do you think?

Got similar with my ankle, carried on playing footie for months but strapping t up and noticed a nice boney lump that shouldnt be there the other day

Gonna get it ray'd soon.

go get it checked out, thought i had srained my wrist, turned out to be fracrtured scaphoid that was over a year ago and i'm still not sorted yet :s just hope it's not your scaphoid! lol

I did something similar on New Year's Eve falling on ice coming into one of the Ski lifts in France; its not been right since and I can't put any weight on it, i.e. lift myself up off the floor without a shooting pain. Probably should go to the hospital/Doctors but meh

The traditional way to cure it is to hit it with a bible...sadly we don't have stupid, hateful, retarded books like that so I used a dictionary which was utter fucking sore, but came back....got it drained with a nice thick needle, but a smaller version is back again
