yeah i was lookin to go for bit more silver/chrome in there, but didnt no wot to do. and coz i aint gonna have the car for much longer, didnt fancy paying £30 odd quid for chrome control knobs etc... Plus there is nothing else in my interior which is silver. its ALL black with hints of blue.

No....but does this mean u need a performance car to add extra guages? I mean the Nova GTE/GSi had extra guages on their instrument panel? even when they were std out the factory??
Surely the same would go for people who have vented bonnets, lowered suspension, big spoilers?? etc.........is this only allowed on a highly tuned engine? Nope, its not. its coz the owner prefers it that way.
The guages are in my car coz i want em there, thats all.
Anyway....the vacuum guage is a great idea for any car owners with high fuel consumption. its the next best thing to a trip meter..........showing different levels of air/fuel into the inlet manifold, thus showing petrol consumption.
Oh and the oil pressure guage.....basically because the std one broke. Electric/wire fault apparently. So replaced with simple mechanical guage.
Oh, and both are very active and a nice driving aid.

where did u get the vacuum gauge from?
I may think about putting one in the A pillar, my car is practically stripped out right now.
