Have managed to strain or pull a muscle in my sleep at sone point.

Been about a week now and it's getting worse. My bed has been the same for last 7 years, mattress turned regularly. I have done nothing particularly strenuous recently or different. No idea why it hurts so much.

Walking helps but getting off the train in the morning is awful.

What do I do? See a Dr? Do sone yoga? Kill myself?

Go to the docs, they'll refer you to physio and they'll give you some exercises to do at home.

Drugs should be the last option, not the first.

Definitely chiropractor, it's actually not that expensive for a few sessions - I thought it would have been.

You spend most of your life in your bed, you should replace it every 5 years, rotate the mattress every few months and always buy the best you can afford
