as some of you may know, my fans not worked for ages. im fed up with it, its probably something simple (wiring possibly) its had -
fuse checked
b.new rad (old one was tatty)
new fan switch GM
new temp sensor (the one in the thermostat housing)
fan tested and works fine striate from the battery
power to the switch checked and ok
power to the fan checked and ok
im in Coxhoe, Durham
if you could come and fix it for me I'd supply you with plenty cups of tea/coffee and if you fix it, the sum of £10 will be given as a token of my appreciation

non aircon sorry

What temp are you letting the car get too before assuming the fan does not work?
Some don't come in until 100 degrees.

good question, were they at? checked to ones were the fuses are but isnt there more next to the scuttle pannel drivers side yeah?

iirc theres some where the glove box is but you need to take the glove box out to get them

i know theres deffo relays behind the glove box but not sure wich 1ns

try by-passing the radiator fan switch i had 1 fitted nov 2009 carwas used for 1,000 miles before it failed 3 weeks ago

yeah, done this yesterday mate, 2nd time iv tried this, no joy though.
haven't had chance to check the relays yet, but if someone knows exactly were they are I'd be grateful
