yes mate uk sti, 25 with 5 years ncb and every mod insured upto 400bhp and its 900 quid a year FC, 250 quid excess and third party cover on any car

Got quoted on a WRX Wagon and was £80 more than my astra! Seriously looking at changing now.

Identical to yours mate, it's my friends dads. I think it's been mapped, other than prodrive wheels and coilovers. He's had it years now, done at 50k

standard engines good for 400bhp odd mate, some people on the subaru forums have done over 20k miles running 500bhp on standards though not advised.

6 speed gearbox is extremely strong, only thing to look out for - knocking suspension, smokey turbos, any knocking/noises from engine, a good full service history, at that mileage a cambelt should be done or be due now.

other then that its the most exciting car i have ever owned and always puts a smile on my face!

Hmmm, will see what insurance is like. Friend of mine says he wants to buy my car which has made me have a nose around, still not sure if I really want to sell up.

Adrian Flux... Keith Michaels & A-Plan are usually the best, but because this was the first year with a car over 200bhp they unfortunately couldn't beat Flux.

Ive had 3 and used aplan or keith micheals neither seemed to charge that extra for mods.

My old 2000turbo was with tesco, asda or the like.

Paid around £1100 Fully comp. Was 22 at the time i think
