Apparently it helps reduce the risk off injury, and helps performance.

Tbh get the pissed ripped out off you if you turned up at a Sunday league match with that

my mate had it after he had IPRS (physio and massage) on his back and thighs after his hamstring went.

exactly the same as the blue tape stuff a load of sportsmen have on their bodies.

I would say going by who uses it , if used properly then yes it will work, I cant see the likes of Bale, Ronaldo etc... using it if it doesnt work

I wear it on my right thigh for cycling and it also prevents my knee from aching as much. I have a mate who does sports massage and he puts it on for me. It works quite well actually.
