It's alright, haven't really done much since about 11  Installed the new version of CAD then did about 15 mins of work spread over an hour and a half 
This is probably why me and the other assistant guy shouldn't be left alone

We have a scheme currently that is in competition with a Tesco scheme which is going to develop an old school. I just found some planning policy that will hopefully stall them!

I always get the post gym ache the next day, that way I know I'm doing enough. This however is "can't move without wincing" pain I clearly didn't stretch enough after!

Oh yeah, I always forget to stretch Can barely lift my arms usually It doesn't hurt a lot though, just feels completely exhausted like a deflated balloon
