Hi all im after some extra power too go with my 4-2-1 manifold and s/s exhaust system and fuel boost valve, ive been looking at kent cams but im getting abit lost with what i need to get. Ive seen this kit https://www.larkspeed.com/index.pl?p=392NVO82&a=i

Is this all i need to get? Will these make decent gains. Any help and advice is apreciated.

vague...what engine, what other mods and whats car being used for?

That's for an 8v I think, so u need a pair but 16v ones!

Sorry its a 1.6 16v sport currently has fuel boost valve 4-2-1 manifold cat back s/s exhaust and im looking at getting a new inlet manifold. And its just been used as a road car for now

I'd just get the inlet manifold mate tbf mate cams aren't just a case of fitting them and away you go depending on the profile of the cam you may have to get a fully adjustable ecu to adjust the fuel settings plus retard/advance the cam timing!! Theirs a good guide to cams in the HELP section check that out but in my opinion I'd get the inlet easy enough to fit providing you good with your hands plus you can expect gains of 15-20hp with one fitted!!

could fit a set of mild cams like the newmans ph1's. think there a 264duration cam with 9.64mm lift and works on stock injection. could do a pair for £340posted if interested.

Not much mate tbf just depends if ya wanna spend 340 and gain about 7-10brake?
