Gilera runner are great scooters,i had 3 of them and the 125cc ones and could do 70-80mph when derestricted.

as said gillera runners are very good little bikes for what they are, but i would deffinately get something retro like a vespa px125 or a lambretta, good website to find these kind of bikes is http://www.scootertrader.com/
