hiya folkes quick question to all can you get points if you get pulled for your rear lights being too dark?

av only got 3 to play with the now till feb( probational period of being a new driver )

dont think you get points mate but depends how dark your going with them,at most i would have thort a £60 fine,15 min chaat on road safty and told to put standards back in

iv been passed thousands of traffic cops in day n night never been pulled for them
altho sayin that i hav the reflector not tinted

Get some MHW's them sprayed ones just look really 90's to me.

Or you could wrap a pair of tighs round them, which is also a 90's thing.

a got the smoked side repeaters aswell and yeh av drove past a few traffic police and nothing so far thanks for the replys tho guys

i once had some fully tinted black standard ones like shown above and they went though a MOT
shouldn't of passed as the dont reflect light but the tester said "you tinted them after "

mask off the reflector and tint them, shouldn't be any problems

Depends what the police around by you are like if you live by me youl get done everyday lol just a fine tho no points
