One of my customers recently moved offices, their network as usual is a mishmash of crap thanks to other "IT" companies bodged efforts.

On their 'server' PC (Vista ) it has something called Rising Firewall and Rising Anti-Virus which is partly written in Chinese

Has anyone ever heard of this before? Is it legit or not?

I want to get rid of it as I'd like to work with some software that's written in English so that I can unblock certain ports for their accounts system to work properly again!
