do it online, as long as its mot'd and insured i believe it will do it, it checks it all automatically

Whats hard about sending away for a new V5 or even keeping hold of the old 1??

You'll have to apply for a new one

You can do it in the Post Office so not sure if they will accept that and let you tax the car
