It's just one knock fazza, not every time. normally on full lock it will do one knock and then another knock when you turn back straight? not a clicking/knocking like a cv?

How many splines are on big block shafts? And how many on small block shafts?

cv joint will knock the whole time
22 spline on the bit that goes onto the driveshaft for 1.6 shafts
unsure on bigblock

corsa 1.6 shafts are thin like normal corsa shafts
the bigblock ones are like double the size

yeh as Lee said only knocks when turning right. Will knock once and then knock once when turning back straight. Weird!

i would check the balljoints and topmounts mate, doesnt sound like a cv joint
